Garden Fresh Spinach Omelette Recipe

I still remember the firest time my taste buds danced with a spinach omelete. It was morning time in southwest philadelphia.I was running late and had no idea all that a spinach omelete could to offer. Some how I knew that comming into contact with a meal such as eggs and spinach would forever leave a staple on my brain receptors leaving me wanting more. From the moment I was handed the breakfast platter which sat upon a black glass plate. I was adicted!!!
O,K, lets begin. You will need-
Unsalted butter
2eggs,
Milk,

First you will need to pre heat your oven to 350 degrees. In a medium frying pan heat up 2 table spoons of unsalted butter on medium low heat, while the butter is heating up crack two eggs in a medium bowl add 2 teaspoons of milk followed by 11/4 cup of mozorella cheese, wisk in 5 chopped black olives joined with a pinch of salt , black pepper and fresh baby spinach leaves. Stir all ingredients together and add them to the heated butter. Let sit in the pan on medium heat for about 1 minute or untill golden brown on the bottem.Deliver the omelette from the heat to the oven and bake it for 3 minutes.
